Iran - Deh o Shahr Village and City

About Tina

At the age of 13, Tina Hosseinzadeh was exposed to the darkroom and the art of photography. Since then, she has had a magnetic draw to the camera and uses it as her medium to express her perspective and opinions. As she traveled across the world, the interest in her images increased until she decided to refine her skills and devote more than two weeks each year to capturing images.

Tina’s travel exhibits, Invisible India and Iran – Village and City, have been on display in Oakland and San Diego, CA. Printed on canvas, the art pieces contain elements of paintings giving depth and surreality to the images.

Separately, working in the aviation industry since the age of 20, Tina has turned her eye to capturing private jet aircraft images with a unique and different perspective. Her love of aviation and her knowledge as a pilot and aircraft mechanic give her clients the reassurance and respect of an experienced photographer.

Currently completing a Certificate of Photography at the University of California San Diego, Tina is working on several fine art projects directed towards her experiences as a first generation Iranian American.
